As a Microsoft security support consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have access to the tools and technologies they need to excel in their roles. You will be supporting various security solutions, promoting best practices, and delivering an exceptional end-user experience. If you’re a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you.



Client support: Provide top-notch technical support to clients, addressing issues promptly and effectively. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and/or security solutions.

Collaboration tools: Support and maintain collaboration tools such as Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft Teams

Security and compliance: Stay up-to-date with the latest security best practices and assist in maintaining a secure workplace environment. 

Security Monitoring: Detect and respond to security incidents promptly and efficiently.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for common support issues, troubleshooting steps, and best practices. Contribute to knowledge base articles to empower clients. 



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a security consultant with a focus on Microsoft security technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of supporting Microsoft security solutions, including but not limited to Azure Security Center, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Microsoft 365 security features but also collaboration tools and last but not least, mobile device management. 
  • Certification in relevant Microsoft security technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, knowledge of French is an asset
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to security challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to handle on-call duties and respond to urgent requests outside regular business hours.
