Are you the internal sales we are looking for?

This is a truly superb internal sales role which will bring together the full potential of your IT tele/internal sales career. Ideally you will be grounded in Security ,SAAS or IAM solutions. That said new business experience in IT is the key factor. Results and clear talent is the key.

You will not need to to be technical and will focus mostly on explanation and rapport building. You will ideally be comfortable with IT Security and software as a service but general IT experience selling to end users may be sufficient. As a born sales talent, you understand the client needs and can anticipate any needs that could arise from this.

Tasks

  • Contact clients in a sales function to discuss their needs with their IT security.
  • Follow-up existing leads and prospect for new leads.
  • As an account manager, you will contact existing clients and keep in touch to quickly assist them should any further needs arise.
  • Follow up existing contacts in regard to licenses and contract renewals.
  • As a born sales talent, you understand the client needs and can anticipate any needs that could arise from this.
  • Act as a customer advocate.
  • Set up further marketing actions to help our sales team.
  • Assist in the setting up and organise of events.

Profile

The ideal candidate has minimum a graduate or bachelor degree. Experience as a sales consultant in an IT environment is a plus. interested in IT Security and more specifically in Identity and Account Management and are willing to learn.

  • Able to demonstrate a track record in new business orientated IT Sales .
  • Obtained a Graduate or Bachelor Degree.
  • A teamplayer with good communication skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English with a good knowledge of French being a plus.
  • Flexible, precise, eager to learn and stress resistant.
  • A driver’s license.
  • Willing to travel throughout Belgium.

Experience or knowledge in any of the the different technology stacks we use is a plus, but not needed.

  • Identity Management/Governance systems (IBM IGI, Omada, …).
  • Privileged Account Management (CyberArk, IBM, , …)
  • Enterprise SSO (Imprivata, IBM, ...).
